Employment Training Support (ETS) has a program to quench your workforce thirsts. First, an ETS Staffing Consultant will comprehensively assess your employment and skill set needs. Second, drawing from our extensive labor pool of motivated and reliable workers, we will prescreen a number of potential employees for your consideration. Third, once you have made your selection, we will complete all the paperwork for you and provide ongoing, on the job support for the employee. For group placements, a manger will be onsite 100% of the time to monitor quality and production. ETS only charges on a piece rate basis in production settings, so you only pay for output that meets your specifications!
